How pages count

Simple to predict, fair when you re-export

    Counted when you download

    Reading, reviewing and fixing a statement is free. Its pages count the first time you download it.

  2. 02

    Once per statement

    Download the same statement again, in any format, as often as you like. It doesn’t count twice.

  3. 03

    Free tools don’t count

    The CSV and Excel to QBO, OFX and QFX tools stay free and unlimited on every plan.

  4. 04

    Unused pages roll over

    On monthly plans, pages you don’t use carry into the next month, up to one month’s worth.

What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF statement, the first time you download a converted file of it. A 4-page statement is 4 pages whether you export it once or in all seven formats. Cover pages and blank pages count too, since they’re part of the file.
What happens when I run out?
You can still open, read and check statements; only downloading waits. Upgrade, buy a pack, or wait for your pages to renew. We never charge extra automatically.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan is the trial: 5 pages a day with no account and no card, with every format and the balance check. Try it on your own statements before you pay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page, in two clicks. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and then you’re back on the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. A pack is refundable within 14 days if fewer than 20 pages have been used. Renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel any time. Details are in the refund policy.
Can my team share a plan?
On the Firm plan, up to 5 people sign in with their own email and share the plan’s pages. Need more seats or pages? Get in touch.
Why are prices lower in some countries?
So the tool is affordable where the standard price isn’t. India has its own rupee prices, and countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Nigeria and Kenya have lower dollar prices. This page shows the prices for where you are, and the price you pay is set by your billing country at checkout.
Do I pay tax on top?
Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your country requires it, and shown before you pay. Your invoice has the tax details for your records.
When do scanned PDFs arrive?
Reading scanned and photographed statements (OCR) is being built now. It will be included in the Pack, Starter, Pro and Firm plans at no extra cost, with the page amounts shown here. Until then, those plans convert text PDFs only.
Is my data safer on a paid plan?
It’s the same on every plan: text PDFs are read in your browser and never uploaded. Paying only gets you more pages and features. How we handle your data.
