Plans: 14 days
If you buy a monthly or annual plan and it isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
Packs
A pack is a one-time purchase of pages that are valid for 1 year. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of paying, as long as fewer than 20 pages have been used. A page is used when its statement is first downloaded, as explained in the terms.
We set the limit at 20 pages so that the pack can’t be used up and then refunded. If the converter doesn’t work on your statements and you have already used 20 pages or more, write to us. We will look at it with you.
Renewals and cancelling
We don’t refund renewals. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, you move to the free plan. There are no cancellation fees.
To avoid a renewal you don’t want, cancel before the date it is due. Your account page and your invoices show it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or give us the email address you paid with. We reply within 1 working day. We don’t need statements or any other file. Please don’t send them.
If you tell us what went wrong, we can fix it for other people too. That is optional, and it doesn’t affect your refund.
How you get the money back
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record, and it sold you the plan, so refunds are processed through it. The money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to show up, which is often several days.
Please contact us before you raise a dispute with your bank. We can usually refund you faster.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live, such as consumer rights to a refund for a service that isn’t as described. Nothing here takes those away.
